Three pillars
My work is structured around three core areas of strategic advisory designed to help developers, investors, and organizations strengthen the viability, positioning, and institutional alignment of complex urban and real estate projects.
Pre-Development Strategic Intelligence
Urban analysis, territorial strategy, and early-stage advisory for developers and investors evaluating land, acquisitions, and new residential opportunities. Includes master planning and territorial strategy.
Strategic Residential Product Optimization
Research-driven advisory focused on residential positioning, market differentiation, amenities, and long-term commercial competitiveness. Includes socio-territorial research.
Institutional Strategy & Stakeholder Management
Strategic coordination with authorities, institutions, communities, and key stakeholders for projects involving territorial or political complexity. Includes regulatory and context risk assessment.
Architectural and Planning Consultancy
I advise developers, investors, and organizations on complex urban and real estate projects through strategic planning, socio-territorial research, and institutional coordination. My work focuses on strengthening project viability, navigating regulatory and stakeholder complexity, improving residential positioning, and helping developments move forward with greater clarity, legitimacy, and long-term value.
